Service fees are based on the number of square metres occupied, and are the tenant’s contribution towards the cost of maintaining the structure, cleaning, maintenance of common areas, drainage, communal lighting, parking, security and collection of business waste.
Buildings insurance is arranged by the landlord and recharged.
All units have fibre connections, with two networks available: Gigaclear and Openreach. The landlord can arrange connection, or tenants can arrange their own. Charges are payable directly to the service provider.
